Whether you're baking muffins, loafs, or something in between — this mix is designed to be flexible and foolproof.

For Muffins (Makes 12):

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Whisk together 3 eggs, ½ cup of water, and ⅓ cup of oil
  3. Add baking mix and stir until fully blended
  4. Pour into 12 greased or lined muffin cups
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes. Let cool before enjoying!

For Loaf (Makes 1 Loaf):

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F
  2. Whisk together 3 eggs, ½ cup of water, and ¼ cup of oil
  3. Pour batter into a greased or lined 8x4” loaf pan
  4. Bake for 18 minutes uncovered, then cover with foil and bake an additional 20–30 minutes
  5. Cool before slicing!
